Great app! I love it! Perfect for beginners! Very motivating and helps you to not get discouraged. The 0.99$ is a great investment :)
I figured out how to increase the voice volume! :) important tip- dont let your phone sleep, otherwise you wont hear the instructions, run with the phone on (yes it reduces battery but its worth it!)
Great progression for new runners. I use to hate running and got discourage because I was doing too much too fast, taking me nowhere. Now with this program I got fast and lasting results! and I am now on the 5k program! Worth it!

This app helped me to get up from the couch and to go running. From a puffing after 200 m jog it got me to a sweating after 3 km jog person. I will continue with the 5K app now.

Some bad moments

I like the simplicity. It can auto-post to Twitter, Facebook and MapMyRun. Easy to hear prompts without headphones, can use your own music.
Really helpful to setting and sticking to goals. Im a beginner and with this program running seems fun and easy. Cant wait to complete it so I can move on to 5K!

Okay app. Would be better if it sensed whether youre walking, running or sitting. Still better than not using a workout app.

Im about to start my second week of running with this app. So far its been quite good. I love running but havent exercised for a long time. This walking-jogging plan helps me a lot. Enjoy ;)
